Chances are, If you have you have ever played computer games over the internet, or have seen a flash animation,
then you have come a cross a 'leet' speaker.
Leet, spelled 1337 by those who speak it, is a 'language' in which letters
are replaced with numbers and keyboard symbols.
Leet is typically used by 12-15 year old nerds who think they are
far superior to you just because they play CounterStrike more than you do.
Typical Conversation:
Me: Congratulations,
you beat me in that game!
Him: H4H4 I H4XX0R J00 N00b!!!!!!!!!11 I P4wN J00!!!!1 J00 C4nT H4nd|3 mY UB3R SKi115!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111
Me: Umm... Right...

There are only two 'leet' words that are acceptable, and should be used in everyday speech. These words
are "Owned" (0wn3d) and "Pawned" (PwN3d) These words are ok to use because they usually come with funny pictures,
and they describe a situation unlike any other words can. Other words spoken in leet are absurd.

Domokun says he will ban 'leet' speak and everyone who continues to use it will be forced to take part in steamroller
testing (and they won't be driving). Leet is dumb, inefficient, hard to understand, and just plain nerdy. All that oppose
it please vote for Domokun in the 2004 Election.
