Yes, that's right. His right ear is now on the BACK of his head, not the top. And although Mickey isn't facing you, his
ears still are. Now I don't know about you, but I don't even think cartoons are supposed to have facial features that can
move around on their heads.
When viewed from some angles, Mickey has an ear on the side of his head:
